Think deep dude. Most of “friendly” bacteria live in your gut. Those bacteria that reside on your skin should be washed and cleaned away as often as possible. That’s where hygiene makes a difference.
Hygiene is important but this isn’t scientific enough to explain friendly bacteria which is good for you and has potential for the already scientifically engineered and naturally occurring bacteria or Probiotics
